User-Generated Content: We store messages you send and receive through the platform, including any donations/boosts associated with messages.

Payment Information: Payment processing is handled securely by Stripe. We do not store your credit card information. Stripe collects payment data necessary to process transactions.

Device Information: We collect push notification tokens to deliver notifications about new messages and donations.

Photos: If you choose to upload a profile photo, we store it in Firebase Storage to display in your profile.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and maintain the Spill service
• To process payments and donations through Stripe
• To send push notifications about new messages and donations
• To display your profile information and messages
• To prevent fraud and ensure platform security

3. Third-Party Services

Google: We use Google Sign-In for authentication. Google's privacy policy applies to your Google account data.

Stripe: Payment processing is handled by Stripe. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment transactions. We receive transaction amounts and status, but not your full payment details.

Firebase: We use Google Firebase for data storage, authentication, and push notifications. Firebase's privacy policy applies to data stored on their servers.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We only share data necessary for platform functionality:

• Messages are shared between senders and recipients
• Payment information is shared with Stripe for transaction processing
• Profile information (username, photo) is publicly visible on your Spill profile page

5. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Delete your account and associated data
• Opt out of push notifications in app settings
• Request deletion of your data by contacting support@askspill.com

6. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures including Firebase authentication and Stripe's secure payment processing. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

7. Children's Privacy

Spill is not intended for users under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
